Gwynne, wallowing, good choice of words. Am astounded that noone has mentioned The Smiths. 'The boy with the thorn in his side' is a good one for me, or perhaps 'there is a light that never goes out' Several of the songs already mentioned - including 'days', 'everybody hurts' and 'the long and winding road'. Don't particularly want to dwell on this subject tonight, so will leave it there. Paul (wallowing a bit at the mo)

:-)))) ah well CB, I did have a major crush on the guy who gave me that tape (he was my computing tutor!) maybe it's a bit whiney! Bec - articulate aren't I? xx Do remember that dirty dancing song 'you don't own me' being done on tv by 'three girls what sing' - that really was their name! And I know it was a Dusty track, guys. Just put a Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band tape on myself xx
