Hello, i have had two good days of family tree, have added about 20 relations with the help of a couple of hot matches, very pleased, i even found info on two members killed in WW1 and buried in France, will carry on tomorrow.
I hope you are all well and not to cold.

got a letter of cumbria records today
they have the info on cornelius and his marriage
i have to send them £5:80 and they will send it on .
they have named the witnesses and said they both belong to the parish , hoping to find thats where he was born .
havent been out today just done throughh the house , and played on playstation with nathan

The super Reds came through for us last night, they played well and managed to get the ball in the net. Sure that's how football should be played and how the games get won!

Good news re your relatives Rose. I forgot that whilst we're back at shool this week, the majority of other schools are off. Weird really because we have four weeks including this one to half term/ Easter holidays. Which means obviously that any school off this week will only have three weeks til half term.

Hoping all are well, chat to you tomorrow at some point, take care til then.

Good Evening All.....

Things are going good for your trees Rose and Rog, good on the both of you!!!

I spent all last night in A+E with my daughter, she had dislocated her knee and it never went back in situ, the doctors have left it due to the tendons being is a sorry state and all, she has a splint from her thigh down to her ankles and cruchers, she is to have extensive phisio for 3 wks only taking the splint of for these sessions, then she will go back and see the doctor to see how things have settled.
I feel so sorry for her - she went sick when it happened, but feeling better now. She also does locam pharmacy and is currently working in Rochdale, a long drive from home..........

Not sure if you know Ancestry are now letting you download medal cards, my friend has just emailed me two............i am quite impressed with the medals my G uncles recieved !!!
