Wow! What a scorcher it's been here! Been out for a power walk in preparation for the Race for Life I'm doing with a large group of friends in July at Knowsley Hall - very nice venue too! Well, we've made a start anyway. Can't run, old ankle problem means it gives way frequently and then it's more pain than ever.

Rog, sounds llike you certainly do deserve a break after all your hard work, take it and enjoy it!

forgot to tell you my neice is pregnant
she has been trying for 3years
doctor told her nothing was wrong with both of them
she had her tubes flushed and was getting ready to
get ivf treatnent and now she doesnt
great news

bad news niece lost baby in very early pregancy
got taken into hospital last night .
she will get her baby in the end i got this feeling .

I wonder how Lyn's daughter is doing, she is very near now.

Been winding down my wards in the hospital ready to pass over to my collegues, i have tried to make the changeover as smooth as i can as they are dreading going in there too.........but we all have to have a go, they are very good workers so the service users will never go short of thier care and attention but i think it's the hospital enviroment that gets us down.
