Good evening all my faithful friends. I have been really busy with Vicki and Leigha and their new flat, we had friends over from Stockport to stay last weekend so busy getting our bedroom sorted and the house organised so have been totally out of time to get near the puter other than to chek on emails.

Looks like you have all been keeping busy and well despite the variety of weather we've been experiencing over the last week.

Getting fed up in school of being taken advantage of with endless knocks on the staff room door at break and lunch times for first aid - I don't have a problem with it per se BUT there are now no qualified first aiders on our school site which is fine when it's scraped knees etc and common sense applies when dealing with the odd banged head. I have since Sept constantly mentioned this to our new head and told him that I would be more than happy to go on the paediatric first aid course and unfortunately logistics of coverin me while i am there is more important a concern than having a qualified first aider on site. And to add to my gripe, other people sit back when there's a knock on the staff room door so I am constantly up and down dealing with often minor things that just require a magic wet paper towel to clean them up and the occasional plaster. So I aired my opinion in a meeting we had today so let's see if any action comes from it. Grrr! Moan over!

Rog it is soo good to see you posting. I notice that around 20:00 is the point when you get tired and you do well getting that far especially considering how busy you get through the day.

Jacky - enjoy Brussells. I see you're heading off there tomorrow, fancy you doing more shopping, unheard of!

Rose - looks like you may have your comp sorted? If you want to run Scan Disk you get there by start > programmes > accessories > system tools > disc clean up. hope that's helpful if you're not sorted yet. Also download ccleaner - you can google it to find it and that will help keep rubbish building up on your comp and you can also run a registry check with it too. Best thing is it's free!

Enjoyed X-Factor, Rose. I bet Eoghan thought he was going to go out when he was pitched against Ruth. It's anyone's race this now isn't it. For the very first time in the competition I actually liked Diana's performance though I wouldn't vote for her over the others. I think Alexandra will win this.

Not a fan of Celebrity Get Me Out of Here - some of them should remain locked in there! Can't stand all the bugs etc.
