Poor Marley, poor you and the poor dog, those owners aren't fit to keep a pet and I hope they won't be allowed another animal and are soon evicted too. What awful people there are in this world, and for you not to be able to bury Marley is hard to accept I am sure.
Will be thinking of you and Jess, and all who are missing Marley,

What makes me so angry is that the rspca take people like that to court, and they can have caused undescribable pain to animals and what does the court do-it then says that they cannot own animals for 3 or 4 months thats nothing!!
It must be so disheartning for the rspca!!
The law should be made more severe, like you say Lou they should have to feel the pain they've inflicted.
