I think you need to go right back to the beginning Kathleen and start with what you know to be fact. Are you 100% certain of your mothers date of birth? You gave it as February 1902 in your previous message.

It was a PM from Kathleen last week which I haven't been able to follow up because the information was very confused. I found the marriage but couldn't locate Florence in 1911.

The birth certificate for Florence would appear to be the sensible way to proceed

I'm assuming now that Kathleen's 'marriage' is pure guesswork on her part

As she specifies a second name for CHARLES - I'm suggesting this one

The 'right' parents are in doubt as far as I can tell.

Unless Kathleen gets the birth certififcate, it's all hypothesis.

Kathleen has a birth certificate and it gives the mother as Sarah Ann Saul as in her message heading and Florence's date of birth as 2nd February 1902. But I am not convinced yet that it is the correct birth certificate.

Did Florence marry?

Is the birth certificate the original - or one obtained recently?

It's a re-issue which is where my doubts are founded.
I have asked Kathleen for her birth information so that we can trace it backwards from her. Hopefully she will respond.
