Find Ancestors

Hi all im trying to find my Great grandparents details, Wedding, Birth anything. Also whether they had more children together than just my grandad.

My Grandad passed away while my father was young so my father does not remember any of his relations as after the funeral he never saw then again.


The details I have so far is my Grandads birth cert he was born on the 25th January 1916 at 123 Old church road.

His parents were called George william Harvey and Annie Louisa Pleasants.

They lived in Mile end old town according to my granddads marriage and birth cert.

Im trying to get the info so I can persue and get my great grandads wedding cert birth cert so i can again look back further.

Any info is greatly appreciated

Sorry forgot to add I dont have a exact date of birth for either of my great grand parents but their son Walter (my grandad) was born in 1916

Will send off for the marriage cert and the birth cert now, s i can delve deeper into the parent of george (George and Elizabeth) to find out more about them. when they was married and whether Hannah and George were the only children or not :):)


Just re read the posts and the christening and the birth dont match for George as it says he was christened in 1878 and born in 1882

What was your gtgrandfather's occupation? I'm seeing a HARVEY family in 1901 who appear to be living with some PLEASANT(s).

I cant find George and Annie Harvey on the 1901 census................... with the response i have so far they was married in 1894 so they should both be on the census together and as Harvey.................... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
