Hi!

I am searching for any information for my mother's side of the family.

My great grandmother was called Marjorie Constance Grace Jeal and she was born in Kingston in 1894 and died in Peterborough in 1963.
She married a Walter Brown in Bourne in 1920 and they had 2 children, Rosemary and Myrtle.
I am looking for any information possible on Marjorie's mother and father. Her father's name is possibly Alphaeus.
I seem to have hit a brick wall with this unfortuantely so if anyone can help at all I would be very appreciative.

Has anyone got any information on the death of Emily or Alpheus?
As far as i'm aware Alpheus died in Peterborough.
Emily died earlier and Alpheus remarried apparentely.

1st born 1850 married to Emily

2nd born 1863 married to Emma. This one has a daughter Grace born 1894

I would say that the Alpheus that i'm looking for would be the one born in Kingston in 1871. It's obviously a name that is handed down through the years.

Can anyone find any reference to Peterborough at all?? He was a well to do man in P'boro and owned a fair bit of property there from what I have been told.
