Colin. There are Thousand's of Radmacher's,Rademacher's,Radermacher's from all over Germany on census info to passenger list's prussian war's etc.
Your best bet is to contact other's of same name and maybe they can assist you with any passenger list's that may be avialable for that time.

As you've said..you know when he died, you know who he married...was his father's name on cert?.
As you've said.a member of family has most of the cert's.What relevant cert's do you have in accordance to your primary question?Cass

Hi Cass. She had no info whatsoever on her family until I messaged someone on Genes Re-United.He had a lot of what she has now.He also had a lot of Birth,Death and Marriage certificates, but not that far back.Nothing that gives any info on the person that I am looking for.No worries,I am sure that something will come up.Thanks for all you have done anyway.Appreciated.......

That's it,I'm afraid.Without the marriage cert?You're not/never likely to find who his parent's were.

The name George could have been an Anglicised version of his German name and you also have to confirm with the Guy who gave you the Whitehead name as to where the info came from.Doe's he have a cert?or,what is his source?.

Look's like you've only the "Whitehead" name to go on.Best of luck.

Hi again Cass.
Yes I think its time to give up on this one as you say, there are too many maybes and possibilities. She was we think Mary Anne Whitehead.Born in Newcastle Under Lyme in Staffordshire in 1842.She died in 1877 aged 35.He got the info from a certificate they had for a birth of the child, which has their both names as George and Mary Anne Radermacher.Although he has the name and birth date of the Mother,he cant find the marriage details.Although unlikely,I suppose there is a possibility that either they married in Germany or they never married at all.....Colin
