looking for anyone with a dinah stevens in there tree
or any info about her she was born in 1918 in doncaster
to a dinah proctor and a james stevens
i know she had a twin brother james he died at 7 days old
i haven't found a death or a marriage
for her and i was hoping someone could help me

you would have to search ancestry 1/4 by 1/4 to see if she married
Free bdm does not go much past 1930s or maybe a liabry in doncaster will have the marrige it might be difficult to find if she married during the war as she could be anywhere

Have you checked if you was the informant on her mother or father's death registration please? Was she at witness at a marriage of a sibling? Have you looked at the ERs for her parents to see if she was registered at their address to vote?

If this is her mother in 1945, then the only other registered voter named Stevens at that address is Harold Joseph Stevens.

If they say that they didn't have a sister named Dinah then it would seem that she either died young (and missed from the GRO index) or she was known by a different given name to distinguish her from her mother. Have you accounted for all the known siblings please?
