Hi Edwin,

I looked at the transcript for the 1911 census and this looks like your family.

Edmund James Wilde, is single aged 21 and says he was born in Gateshead, Co. Durham. His occupation is Coal Miner Putter.

He is a visitor with Robert and Hannah Trueman (who would possibly be your mother's grandparents and therefore your great-grandparents) at 85 Joicey Terrace, Oxhill, Stanley.

Robert is aged 41 and a Coal Miner Hewer from Collieryley (?)
Hannah is aged 36 from Beamish and they have been married 11 years.
It's possible that Hannah is Robert's second wife as Isabella would have been older than 11, or perhaps they had children before they were married.

UPDATE - Sorry - this may be the wrong family as I have just noticed that Edmund and Isabella have already been found by NinjaLady in the 1911 census living in the same household.

This is a possible for Edmund's birth (the names Edmund and Edward were often interchanged in the past):-

Name: James Edward Wild
Year of Registration: 1888
Quarter of Registration: Oct-Nov-Dec
District: Gateshead
County: Durham, Tyne and Wear
Volume: 10a
Page: 841

You would need the Edmund's marriage certificate to see if he names his father.
