Hi , Thank you so much for all the info I now have. I am going to sort through all this and let my dad look at it. Once this is done I will get back to you. I think that the Carpenters at 35 Palmerston Rd on the 1911 census are the correct family and moved up the road to 74 sometime before my dad was born in 1929. I would like to find out if the Annie carpenter James was married to died sometime in Sept 1918. This would then fit that my grandmother Annie Franklin married him in about 1921. I also think that the Annie Franklin who was a childrens nurse aged 25 is possibly my grandmother. Will look into that too. |
