	it could be that the census for where they were living in 1861 is unavailable. I have relatives in Llanfoist and I know there are areas of that village which are lost where were james & Sarah married - can't find it in Machen & Risca not yet transcribed on mon famillies site

Member Since: April 2004 Posts: 8 Send Message	Lancashireann I have a marriage cert for james and sarah harrington 22/01/1844 county of mon, but can't quite work out the town name could be rhiwderin, sarah was from risca. Where did you find the baptism records. Wiiliam is one of their children born 1844 which I got from a census. I am particulary interested in George Harrington son of james and sarah (direct ancestor), I have him born 1848, but have look at many records 1848 and either side, but have never found it, if you do find a baptsim, I would be very grateful. 	the site I used was http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~monfamilies/ could not find a George in Risca s of James a t least I think that is the URL - I am not at my own computer so have not got access to my favourites
