Sorry, not paying proper attention, if born June, birth could have been registered in april-june or july-september. If parents not married want same name registration. This gives:

if dad name thromas how do i find out for sure and who his is father and mother why did they give him up so many question i guess i never know anything as it was so long ago i been was there any half sister brothers oh well lest i found out his name could be thomas thanks everyone who took the time to help x

If you can get the names and approximate years of birth for the half siblings, that may lead you to probably Kenneth's mother. You would then have her maiden surname and can look for Kenneth's birth. If there is no father named on Kenneth's birth certificate then you may never know who his father was. If you can get his mother's maiden name, it may be that she had siblings whose children may have some information.

It is also possible that some of the half siblings would be able to help you.
