i would love to find a connection as we dont know what she looked like as there are no photos she has evaided my searching any one out there please help

You could add her name - in case anyone is searching for her.

You are better off though searching for her on trees here - and on Ancestry and other site - to see if you can make contact with family members that way.

my dad was born 1981 his mom laura 1880 died 3mths after her mother was eliza 1855 laura married james calvert they had children frances 1898,edith 1913,walter1908,jack1906, as i am told frances had given birth 6mths previous so to dad on and wet nurse him

i have been on ancestry and genes but it still lost i can only say what i have been told my father is passed now i have been looking of and on for 5yrs they worked on the land so she will have died in wakefield then james came back to thirsk laura had a brother walter when her mother married he was given walter horner shaw as his name her mother was eliza 1855 i can only assume they were illigitamate
