This could 'possibly' be 'your George' on 1841 but it doesn't help as he is working as a servant:

thank you all very very much!!! Just read all this and am very confused! The Dec 1856 date of death for William fits as he was deceased at the time of George & Elizabeths marriage in 1851.She later married her lodger, as did her dad, marry his lodger I mean!

Who William married I haven't figured out.
