Does any one have any info on george and mary ellen ainley nee maples. George was born at 18 houses hills,kirkheaton huddesfield 1872 mary was born at sheffield in 1873 ish Their children were annie born 1870 george my great grandad 1872 arthur 1874 joseph 1877 and seth 1880 I am just starting ainley family tree and any help would be appreciated because there is alot of ainleys at huddesfield and i dont want to go down the wrong line gill

You must have the wrong family as they couldn't be having children from the 1870.s as they were born themselves c 1870 and c1873

Hi again I have just recieved marriage certificate of Eli Ainley and Emma Hill Date of marriage 1867 Emma has got her Fathers name on but Eli has no father so what do i do now?

With no father qoted then seems he was illigitimate , born pre 1837 theres no birth cert either.
