Find Ancestors

Sorry to say i need help again Please,
I am trying to find the birth of MARIA IZARD, i have found her on the census 1841 and the marriage to William Henry Montgomery on the 11th May 1843 in Southwark surrey.
But her birth i can't find have been looking for 2 days now and i can't do it
so could someone PLEASE push me in the right direction.

The marriage cert on Ancestry states she was 24 - father's name William Izard - occup Builder. So looking for a birth around 1819.

Possible baptism - slightly earlier?

Do you mean Maria / Mary Ann? Quite interchangeable, like Ann/Anne/Annie

I suppose you know that William Henry Montgomery was a musician?

The marriage entry gives his father as Charles Montgomery - Comedian.

On the marriage it says MARIA IZARD

No i didn't know that,(thats where my daughter gets her music skill from then)HAHA!!

I know her name is stated as Maria Izard on the marriage - but what I'm trying to explain is that names like Maria, Mary, Mary Ann, and spellings like Izzard / Izard are pretty interchangeable. People may have been baptised as Mary Ann but decide to call themselves Maria or just Mary etc.

Do you have them together on any censuses?

The Brighton Baptism is the right one as it agrees with the 1841 census which has her living Brighthelmstone (as Brighton was formerly known)with William

Daughter's name is probably down as Malivran but mistrancribed. Cannot read her occupation - any ideas anyone?

The servant's name doesn't look like Suimbl at all - but no idea what it is.

Occupation looks like Vocalist.
