Eleanor Scarlett is on the 1861 census as a widow, born c1894 Kinnersley, but on the earlier census she was born c1891. If so, I think this birth could confirm Dea's marriage? |

I don't think you're missing anything Dea, think you are right and Willam Scarlett and Eleanor Cole are the parents of both Thomas and Edward. |
