	Could someone please do me kindness and look at the 1911 Census for me please. 1901 Eden Grove, Holloway, London. Joseph Randall b. 1878c. Islington Emma nee Cooper b. 1879 Islington Jessie Caroline Randall b. 1900 Islington. Are there any further children by 1911? Emma sister Sarah seems to disappear after 1991, I am wondering if she turns up on the 1911 living with them. Thank you in advance.

	Sorry, I forgot the occupation. Yes, in 1901 he was a carman. But in 1900 he was a horsekeeper.

	Hello Ann. thank for the information. Strange the old man seems to have done a bunk. Emma is married, not a widow. And the name of the oldest daughter seems to have changed. Emma was a charwoman in 1901, so I suppose a Hawker is a step up. lol I dont doubt this is the same family, so thanks very much. Maddie x

	Well Prickly that is curious. Joseph is living around the corner to where he was born. So, I wonder what happened. I know Emma eventually lived in Finchley, so maybe she had the wanderlust. Is there a Sarah Elvin and her husband living in the boarding house?

	It might just be that the owner of the Lodging House was not particularly interested in whether Joseph was married or not!

	I THINK so. She disappears, and as her name is Sarah Cooper, it is VERY hard to track down. This Sarah Elvin appears as the witness on Emma marriage certificate. So really........................ clutching at straws. lol
