Hello I am abit stuck and I wondered whether you could help. I am helping a friend with her tree. I cant find the wedding of an

Elsie Tomlinson born about 1908 and a ? Brookes. I know his surname but my friend cant remember his first name. They would have married between about 1926-1932 and we think in Lancashire. They did have 2 children called Margaret and Irene but unable to locate their births either.
