If looking for children after 1911, you just enter the surnames in freebmd and those with the right combination will show up. It's up to you then to decide if they belong to the right couple.

The maiden names were not shown before 1911

Go to the FreeBMD site.................

Put in the surname of the Father

And put the maiden name of the Mother in the Spouse/Mother surname box.

Enter in the date range.......the year of marriage to at least ten years forward.

Good luck............get back to us if you don't succeed!! :-)

(This only works after 1911!!)

So much more exciting when you manage to find these yourself. x
