Looking on the 1891 census at Edward and Alice living in Leadgate the reg district on there is LANCHESTER !!! sub district Consett which ties with the article I posted about Leadgate |

Hi my family are the Kelly's and O'Neils but they came from Ireland.MY GGGrandfather was Michael Kelly And he married Catherine O'Neill .I don't know where they were born or married in I reland but i do know they lived and had their children in Dunmore Galway as i have baptisms for all of the children.They are as follows Sarah b 1835, Bridget 1536 Patrick 1837, John 1838-1839,John 1840 my ggrandfather and Mary1843 . My GGrandfather John came over to the North East of England and Married Bridget Allen from Newcastle. Theylived in South Shields and had children there.I wonder if we have a link. Rose |
