Sorry, do not understand.
You said you have them in censuses back to 1841.
Have you found Robert and Martha in 1841?

Anyway, if you get John Robert's birth certificate it will have his Mother's maiden name.

As she(Martha) is 10 years older than Robert I wonder if she has been married before, so the marriage for a Martha that I posted might not look like the correct one, but could still be correct.
The marriage certificate will have his Father;'s name on it, which is what you asked for.

Yep found them on London rd in manchester cencus gave roberts birth place in wales
