Unfortunately the family that Kmh gave at the top of the thread...is not the right family.....as John Glynn ( occupation french polisher)married a Jane Elizabeth....have found them in 1911...but having trouble before that.

The 1901 Census for England was taken on the night of 31 March 1901. So John would be single on this census if he married in September quarter.

It is possible that he arrived in England without his parents shortly before 1901 census.
I have been told he had a sister Kitty and brothers Jack and Alfred but this is just family talk .
Irish ancestors are so frustrating. I have others in my tree that kept changing their surname did they not realise this would make my life very difficult when it came to me wanting to find them

This is certainly a puzzle need to sort out the facts
I know that JOHN DAVID GLYNN B1872 MAYO IRELAND married JANE ELIZABETH JEFF B1875 WOLVERHAMPTON

I know that they had at least one son b1911 JAMES FRANCIS GLYNN
They are the only facts that I have the rest is just hear say
