Find Ancestors

Please can anyone shed some light upon this marriage? My ancestor Jane Denton was born in Oct 1847 in Sandal, Wakefield. The Birth Certificate is quite legible and states that her father was George Denton, and her mother Martha Denton, nee Day.
I can't find any record of a marriage, and Jane is not present in the 1841 Census anywhere in England, and only doubtfully present in 1861 Census--but she did live to marry in 1865 (confirming YOB and Father's name George), and of course she had offspring.
Anyone have any ideas please??

The Jane born to George and Martha must be the one that died which is why she's not on 1851 census.

The marriage to Henry Lodge in Barnsley in 1865 is the one I checked out earlier. It seems to meet all of the criteria. It's just that Helix is following the wrong Jane and it would be a shame for him to continue adding family to his tree which are incorrect. Good idea to send him a PM as he hasn't returned to the thread.

My guess is that Jane's marriage cert to Mr Lodge states her father as George, and Helix has plumped for the wrong George. and bought the wrong birth cert for Jane.
