Not sure if its the right Thomas Henry now as on 1911 census he's downs as Lace Manufacturer but on his sister's probate 1936 he's a retired clerk to local authority.

Speaking personally having looked at earlier census records for Helen Sophia Harrison I would be inclined to think that the Thomas Henry Harrison above was indeed her brother and that if anything it is the occupation mentioned in her will that is either incorrect or one that he took up between 1911 and 1936.
