I am desperate to find any information on an Emily Boorer, she had a daughter Annie Louise Boorer in August 1883 and all I know about Emily is that time she was unmarried and lived in Tops Hill Brasted Kent, her daughter Annie was living with grandparents (according to 1891 cenus), but I cannot find anything about Emily

I've been following the Emily born in Lingfield too. She doesn't marry until 1902 when she weds William Potter in East Grinstead.

What is interesting is that she works around that area all of her life and that is where we find Annie in 1901 working as a servant.

There is this family in the 1881 census which could be the grandparents.

It might be worth trying to follow this family back and see if you can find an Emily Boorer connection to Mary Ann Donton/Denton
