Find Ancestors

Can anyone advise me me how I can find more information about the parents of a Mary Alice Birtwell. She came up on a census search I did on a branch of the family and is shows as a grandchild, but when I do a birth search all I get is this:-

I think you have solved it, I was looking at the 1911 census but Robert Birtwell who married Martha Ann Ollett was not living at his parents house at the time of the 1911 census so I did not pick him up as a son of James and Annie Birtwell.
