Find Ancestors

I wonder if anyone can help with a marriage for a Thomas Noble in 1856 in Carlise. On freeBMD there is a marriage in the Dec qtr 10b/512 but I can't get the brides name to come up.
I don't know for sure if he was married but I believe he may have been as on the 1861 census there is a granddaughter Margaret aged 3 living with his parents Thomas and Isabella in Brampton and don't know who the childs parents are, however he does marry in 1862 in Manchester as bachelor, and remarries in 1874 as a widower to a Jane Bell also in Manchester.
Also sorry to be cheeky but could anyone find Jane Bell in the 1861 with a father George a labourer in the Brampton area, I no longer have an Ancestry account.

Possibly but where is Barbara in 1861, I have found a death for an Isabella Noble in sept qtr 1858 at the same time as a births for two different Margaret Nobles, I did manage to find a marriage for a Isabella Herington of Irthington to a Thomas but can't remember where I found it!

That one from 1861 sounds promising as there is a Little on there and Thomas married a Isabella Little from Brampton in 1862 in Manchester.
