There is an article in the Lincolnshire Chronicle 1855,

Roger Crisp of Peterboro got assulted,

later in 1863 a Roger Howell Crisp a flour maker of Lincoln went bankrupt,,,,,,,but this man doesnt appear on any cencus or dying as Roger Howell Crisp.
