Find Ancestors

Hello, I have Grace Mary Springett who marries a George Paine on or around 20 August 1910 in West Ashford, Kent. I have no details whatsoever for George Paine apart from his marriage to Grace. Between 1911 and 1928 they have 6 children. I have the names and birth month and year for the children. I cannot find Grace and George in the 1911 Census. Grace passes in 1967 in Ashford, Kent.

Can anyone please help with details on George Paine and also to see if George and Grace can be found in the 1911 Census. Another pair of eyes is always helpful I know. Oh, Grace was born abt 1893 in West Ashford, Kent. I do have her in my tree on Ancestry.

George's father will be named on the marriage cert, if he knew him.

The cert will also tell you how old he said he was

Hi again, our messages crossed.

Grace was Grace Mary Springett. William G Paine was born 1911 in Tenterden, Kane. Doris G was born 1916 in Tenterden, Kent. Jack was born 1918 in Tenterden, Kent. Joyce was born 1920 in Tenterden, Kent. Elsie was born 1923 in Tenterden, Kent and Mary was born 1928 in Tenterden, Kent.

The first child, William G the birth gives as being registered December 1911.

Looks like they were missed in 1911, so I'm afraid the cert seems to be your only option for further info about George, as finding his death will be virtually impossible, with no birth info

I'd hoped Grace might be with her parents, and mistranscribed, in 1911, but that's not the case
