Good Morning Mavis I think.? I have been looking at the Lunatic Asylum and it seemed like a reasonable place.Of course now they hold Haunted House tours there..I haven,t done any follow up today as I have 2 of my Grandkids over.School Holidays.I can,t get my head around William,s siblings or the other early Marraige.Do you have any item numbers for information? I cant quiet believe this from my early douments being no siblings..My Uncle did up a whole chart with this .As you know more about this business I will bow to your greater knowledge...Jennifer :-) :-) :-)

If you want to find any Carter - Birth - Marriages - Death records use this site

I copied William and Fanny's marriage from an original so the details are right

www.freebmd.org.uk

this is William and Fanny's daughters date of birth from School records
Elizabeth Ann Carter born 30th Feb. 1871

William Carter's grandfather's marriage -- George born 1815 father

William Carter = Isabella Machiah 30th April 1815 ---- you can find these on
1841 and 1851 census and later with different members of family's

I had a bad experience several years ago with a researcher from UK..I got his details off the internet to do a search for me.. He quoted a price ,the amount I could afford so I sent him the same information I gave you..We conversed on email and he kept me up to date with what he was up to.Long story short he sent the so called History to me. It consisted of an A5 plastic folder with 10 pages ot stuff including photo,s of Headstones B.C etc. The trouble is it was totally Wrong..It was George and Elizabeth and the family withthe Twin girls.. You may have seen it inyour research. He had the ship wrong andgave me photo,s of Northampton no the Ship.Any way I sent email to say I was not happy and a battle ensued.. So that is why I am a bit sceptical.. After my Uncle,s effort as well..Well that,s my rant for the day.. ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-)
