Looking on freebmd this is the entry (Note Mary - no Ann):

Marriages Mar 1860 (>99%)
Collins Mary Birmingham 6d 185
Collins Thomas Birmingham 6d 185
Pugh Thomas Birmingham 6d 185
Rutter Sarah Birmingham 6d 185

However, looking at the original index entry the page and volume numbers for Mary and Thomas are 6d 183. The names are the same.

Long shot as Not found a marriage but is it possible that Mary Ann Collins married a Mansell . ? Husband died and she married as Mansell but of course birth certs would show maiden name.
