A marriage certificate for John Blakeley to either Mary 1886 (or Annie 1907) should give you his Father's name. you might then be able to identify John and his parents in Armagh. The earlier one will also confirm Mary's Father.

BUT always work backwards and prove each generation before going on to the next.

Her birth is already posted with those of her siblings earlier in the thread. Buying the birth certificate would confirm.

Births Dec 1920 (>99%)
Blakeley Sophia Cox Gateshead 10a 1885

----------------------------------
If this your Gran's death record, whoever registered the death may have given the wrong year for her birth, or given her age 1 year out but said her birthday was Nov.18 - easily done. Her birth is registered in the December Quarter 1920 - with 6 weeks allowed in which to register, she could have been born anytime from around mid August of that year to year's end. So a November 18th date fits that, just the year wrongly reported I expect.
