Would have been nice if you had made reference and given a link to your previous post so we knew what information you already had.

Chasing family often leads to information about the original query.

If you have the Osborne family information then Jane was pretty consistent with her age and so year of birth, over 3 census as Osborne and as Tonks in 2 census with Father Samuel. Osborne census always says b Walsall, 1851 Bloxwich which is part of Walsall.

Sorry ... since it was only birth and parents of Jane I was after I thought it would just confuse matters if I added it to my Richard enquiry.
Also I have no idea how to refer to previous posts.
I stand corrected ... sorry.
