Chasing family often leads to information about the original query. If you have the Osborne family information then Jane was pretty consistent with her age and so year of birth, over 3 census as Osborne and as Tonks in 2 census with Father Samuel. Osborne census always says b Walsall, 1851 Bloxwich which is part of Walsall.
