Looking at what Ancestry says about Baughan as a family name:

This man died in 1846,,,,,,also a wheelwright.

Going back to Henry's wives, Elizabeth was the daur of William Howard Hodgson,
according to the 1838 marriage register, and born c1816 Walthamstow Essex according to census 1851.
