When you apply for the certificate for one of the children - I imagine you will send for Elizabeth's ? Include a checking reference and make sure you right her Father down as George Newman. If the Elizabeth who's birth cert is is, does NOT have the matching father, they will only charge you £4 for the search - and return the other £3 to you.
