Hi Johnathon I dont know how to sort it either. Genes loaded it back up for me. Someone has to have my site access saved. I dont know how Maureen

No Johnathon Look at Import and Export On left IT STATES DELETE TREE TO UPLOAD GEDCOM only your name will be left in. I have got the gedcom file here of my genes tree. It would'nt upload so the girl at Genes did it for me earlier That was 5 I logged back in at 8 Only me in tree Maureen

I guess not They keep saying that I must be doing it by mistake. I'm not thick I would know if I had done it. They are offering no kind of support at all. Apart from uploading the gedcom file from there. As it still will not go from here Maureen This is driving me crazy

Hi Maureen, If someone has got access to your password then they can delete your tree and there is nothing GR can do about it. Try changing your password and always log out before you go offline. Gwynne

Also I have just come on to Genes and was locked out of the site My Password has been changed by Whoever is doing this Maureen
