Hi, I am looking for Mary Ann Sargeson. She was born c 1804 and should be in the Linconshire area. Unfortunatly that is all the information I have, other than she married my relative WIlliam Mayson on 1863. I am trying to see if Sargeson is her married or maiden name. |

I was assuming she was a widow when she married my relative George Mayson in 1863, so was hoping to find her in 61 or 51 as a widow or with husband Sargeson. |

1861 census has a Mary Ann Sargeson, 55, a widow living in Leeds. Says she was born Oulton, Yorks though. |

That looks good to me. I will now look for John Sargeson. Does it give his birthplace. |

Was looking on BVRI for a possible marriage. Didn't find one but came across this one that gave me a chuckle. |
