Do you have this? Anything to stop the endless circularity ...

Name: Beatrice Louise Fellenofellerr
Year of Registration: 1906
Quarter of Registration: Jan-Feb-Mar
District: Cardiff (1837-1974)
County: Glamorgan, Monmouthshire
Volume: 11a
Page: 411

That is some sort of ridiculous typographical error at FreeBMD. (The surname of the next person on the list, Feller, got typed in the middle of her surname.) The record says

FELLENOR, Beatrice Louise

and the rest of the data are correct. If you don't have THAT birth certificate, order it!!! -- using the correct spelling of the name. (First you should find the record at FreeBMD, using the ridiculous spelling, and check the image yourself -- and submit a correction.)

Then you will KNOW whether her parents were Ernest Fellenor and Elizabeth Tuttle, which they may well have been.
