	Really enjoying doing it, only been at it for a year but getting there. Keep phoning my parents with every latest discovery. How far have you gone back?

	On my direct paternal ancestors to about 1680s but all from small village and well documented. Still lots to work on though. Do you use Ancestry as well?

	Yes I think they are very good. 1680's is good, I've got to 1747 on my fathers, fathers side. They were all in one village too. my mothers side is proving more difficult. Do you have some strange names?

	Not really strange but fairly localised. Good that you can tell your parents what your have found. Are they impressed with your findings?

	Yes they love it, I have to keep taking my files round to show them. They have contributed some fantastic photos and info. Have you had many relies contact you on here?

	My brother isn't really interested. I have had one distant cousin contact me from here and 2 from ancestry, one was my mums first cousin. Not bad for doing it 1 year. How long you been doing it?

	A year or so but get carried away with word type quizzes on here which is my downfall! (Must sort a few things out now as away tomorrow for weekend and back in time for concert fairly local on Monday evening). Talk again next week?
