HI I CANT HAVE IRON PILLS THEY AFFECT MY OTHER
PILLS SO I TAKE LIQUID IRON EVERY DAY.
BUT IT REALLY YUCK

any Broccoli is full of iron,sprouts,

have you tried Makeson stout its sweeter than Guinness add a drop of cider to it.

try taking the tablets in half,

if 2 a day ,,,,,,try 4 halves with or after food,

LIQUID IRON TASTES YUCK I TAKE IT TWICE A DAY BUT THERES LESS SIDE EFFECTS THAN TABLET ONES AND LIQUID IRON GETS IN THE SYSTEM MUCH QUICKER

prunes,
cashew nuts,
tomatoes.
oily fish,
liver,
red meat,
eggs.

,,,,dont forget any food that enhances iron is short lived and must be continued on a daily basis to maintain a level.....vit b12 can work as an enhancer but always ask medical care for advise first.

Kay I been docs and see nurse every week for blood tests for last 4 weeks ...... :-(

I have had a sheet with all stuff on was just wanting a nice tip that I could enjoy rather than pull a face at :-D :-D

The ones that stand out are all alcohol ;-)

with Guinness its called a Black Velvet,,,,,,,,and tastes lovely,


did you know,,,,,,,,White Wine is good for iron boosting,,,,,, :-D :-D :-D :-D,,,,,,or a pound of white grapes everyday,,, ;-) :-D
