Your poor Aunt, she is suffering and to have her feet hurt by the oxygen tank, well that is beyond belief, how careless of the staff and lax of them not to report it to your Mum. I hope the consultant knows what happened. |

Your poor auntie Rach, and not good for the staff not to tell your Mum. At least they logged it and I presume they were rushed over Christmas (being generous here) and forgot to tell your Mum. |

Oh Rach what a thing to happen to your Aunty.On top of everything else she is going through.Just a thought ,but if it was me I would take a photo of the bruising and swelling .Those Oxygen cylinders weigh a blooming ton :-S,plus a visual record is always a useful thing to have even though it was accidental. |
