	Not bad thanks, just got back from the hospital, been there since 3.30. Been having problems with walking over the past few weeks, after another MRI they have told me I have degenerative something or the other, cant remember what its called. Its narrowing of the spinal channel I believe. but after an injection they have given me I should feel a bit better, so they say :-D :-D :-D :-D George :-)

	Its not bad at all George mainly the wind, but thats settling, the poor people down South I feel sorry, just been looking at Aberstwyth :-0 :-0
