He is out of the Acute Medical Unit and in a ward now.

I haven't been to see hi, his mate has and he is fairly normalish now but still seeing things a bit.

He wanted to get up and go home but it has never been easy to keep him in bed.

The washing up is piling up a bit now and we don't have many clean clothes to wear so he had better get back here soon.

Meanwhile, I only got up for a tiddle once last night and I had been hitting the tea all day in a big way. Normally I am up at least four or five times a night.

I slept about ten hours last night. Isn't sleep lovely?

Can't remember the last time I had 10 hours sleep .

Oh boy Sharron, you will look ten years younger by the time you see Fred again and he won't recognise you lol Great to have a catch up on sleep and hope you can have another couple of days till Fred is even more recovered to come back and get the laundry done. Maybe you need to buy some paper drawers to tide you over lol

Sharron, I've only just seen this thread. I do hope Fred pulls through and is well enough to come home again soon

in the meantime may I suggest you use paper plates and mugs :-D

I have been to the hospital tonight.

Fred is in isolation because he has had diarrhoea and they have had to get a sample tested. They don't think it is infection but could be because of him cocking up his warfarin.

He was a bit dopey and recognize me at first but it was after his usual bedtime. I think he had been asleep.

Still has a bit of his spark.

I hope Mr Fred manages to get some sleep and feel better tomorrow.

Hope the medicines are sorted out quickly too.

Hope Fred's latest problem is soon cleared up and no infection found. He's certainly giving them a run for their money in the hospital, if you will excuse the unintended pun!

If he doesn't come home soon, you will have had so much sleep you will be hyper. Have you done the washing yet?

Hope he is soon back to his old self, it's nearly Wednesday!

Sorry, only just seen the latest post from you Sharron. I hope they can clear up the latest problem and that is is not anything nasty that one tends to catch in hospitals. Poor Fred he will be lonely in isolation. Hope they can sort it soon.

Sharron <3 just seen your post about Fred being moved into isolation, he gallivants around when he is at home and seems he is gallivanting around the hospital, I hope they get him sorted out soon and he can get back home so he can catch up with his chores :-)
