CAB or if more urgent, phone a solicitors. They will normally give 30 minutes free advice. |

I believe local authorities and housing associations have a legal duty to take steps to deal with unruly/unsociable tenants - have you contacted the local councillor or your local MP and sought their help? |

Sharron My hubby has a major heart problem BUT in this area it is known that a doctors note means NOTHING at all to the HA to get people moved they have had so many that they dont count them anymore |

The police should help you & get your local mp involved .you shouldnt have to put up with that treatment at all.local council should help as weill. doesnt matter they own the property .you have as much right as any body to not feel threatened in your own home Good Luck |

Kemp can't add anything to the help above although you could involve your local MP. I expect people will be wary with a prosecution pending as they won't want to prejudice the case. Meanwhile I hope your housing association sees sense and gives you some help. <3 |
