FOR FLY TIPPING AT OUR LOCAL HOSPITAL
80 QUID ,I NEVER FLY TIP,CANT CATCH THE BUGGERS
TO START WITH,NOW THEY HAVE THE RIGHT ADDRESS FOR ME,,THEY HAVE THE RIGHT SURNAME FOR ME BUT WRONG
FIRST NAME,NOW CANT WALK,CANT DRIVE,
AN FLIPPING COUNCIL OFFICE WAS CLOSED BY 5 SO GOT TO
RING TOMORROW,

Oh Dizzi as if it would be you !!!

You would hope they would get their facts right before sending something like that wouldn't you ?

Hope you manage to sort it out, and get an apology to boot.

Is your vehicle registered in your name, or have you sold one in the last few months? I think I'd want documentary evidence such as a photo - they've probably copied down the reg number incorrectly.

Hang on, something wrong with that. You are prosecuted for fly tipping not fined. You can be fined for not using a licensed waste carrier who is found tipping your rubbish. Now your local council website should be able to tell you if they operate a different policy but I would read that letter again Dizzi.

Was the letter from the Council or a company who represents them?

If they traced you through a vehicle reg number are you the registered keeper? Why is the first name incorrect?

Did you by chance drop some litter getting in or out of the car by mistake Dizzi. Can you challenge it or ask about it?

What were you supposed to have fly-tipped and exactly wher??????????????

When did this occurence occur?? was it today or a day wher you were in the house and not been out all day??

You are entitled to evidence in order to firstly confirm this is not a malicious report!

Tell OH not to tell them anything! You need to have whatever information they have before you make a statement.

You are supposed to have a letter telling you all the details.ie date,time,where you are supposed to have dumped the fly-tipping and exactly what it was,

All the evidence against you including photos of your address on the rubbish or car registration and here it was parked..

And they cannot refuse to give you all the evidence they have.

UPDATE

OH WENT TO COUNCIL OFFICE BUT ENFORSMENT TEAM
UNAVALIBLE ALL OUT ON CALLS BUT A PROMISE OF A PHONE CALL AND THEY DID,
SEEMS THEY LOOKED THROUGH RUBBISH AND FLAT PACKED KITCHEN CARDBOARD WHICH HAD MY SURNAME BUT NOT MY FIRST NAME MY POSTCODE BUT NOT NUMBER WHEN THEY LOOKED UP ON ELEC ROLL OURS WAS ONLY ONE WITH THAT NAME /POSTCODE.

OH ASKED WHAT PART OF ELEC ROLL SEARCHED THEY SEARCHED TO NO 20 WE HAVE 84 NUMBERED +4 JUST NAMES AND 7 SAME POST CODE. DIFF ADDRESS,OH ASKED THEM TO SEARCH AGAIN THEY HAVE JUST RANG BACK
THEY HAVE FOUND PROPER ADDRESS OF FLY TIPPER,

HAVE ASKED FOR FORMAL CONFORMATION OF ALL THIS
