Hi all
I am desperate to find my grandfather Isaac Williams who married Maud Tetlow in Salford at the Registry Office Salford on 6th March 1916 both of their address shows 23 Minden Street Pendleton. Isaac's father was William Williams and Maud's father was Alonzo Tetlow. William was a carpenter and was deceased at the time of marriage. Isaac was 34 and Maud was 28 on the marriage certificate.
I have had several people searching for him without success.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks I have most of Maud's family tree, it's Isaac that I am having problems with.
I know that he comes from Wales, possibly Denbigh, and that he was Welsh speaking.
It's his birth certificate that I am desperate to find.

It's hardly fair to share someone else's research without asking.

A tree on Ancestry says that he's the son of Isaac Williams (1843-) and Elizabeth Roberts (1857-). There's also a photo of him.

On the marriage certificate 6th March 1916 Isaac Williams-Maud Tetlow, Isaac's father is William Williams, deceased and a carpenter.
Isaac is 34, Maud is 28

If his father was Isaac, this could be him. Father is a carpenter, a widower.

The "home person" on the tree that I mentioned seems to be a son of Isaac Williams & Maud Tetlow and had a brother Clifford.
