Barb SG, it's a lie when you said your Mum has no-one. She's got you so she's lucky indeed, I think.

Has anyone on here wondered whether GP's pal is male or female? Has he ever said? We may be in for a surprise so I'm checking out my outfits here and looking for a hat already :-D

Hi OneFt. Smart move, methinks, to get your shopping done before the horrible weather comes. Enjoy your snooze. :-) :-)

It's bedlam in Durham everyone, with the Lumiere starting this evening. Roads are down to one lane and at least one that I usually come up is going to be closed between 4 pm and midnight - just lovely for the workers trying to get home. I'm pleased I'm long-retired. This lasts for three days and Durham, at the best of times, is clogged (remember we had the first toll road in the country - beat London there). I do wish the powers-that-be had pushed the developers either side of the river into putting money in the pot for a bridge so that the city centre could be avoided.

Gawd, I'm on my hobby horse now so I'm off. :-( :-(

BarbinSGlos Report 12 Nov 2015 13:54

I pulled out my last loose tooth myself :-0 :-0

Dermot Report 12 Nov 2015 13:56

I'm guessing that GP's primary pleasure is his daily lunch. Mine is breakfast - a meal I really started to enjoy when I retired. :-D
